• How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping.

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible as we are packing every single product by hand in recycled, compostable materials to reduce economical footprint.

Standard Postage with Tracking Number.

• How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status on the Australia Post website.

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at edorsaaustralia@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

• Refund Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any refund on opened cosmetic products for Hygienic and contamination reasons.
